How Engagements Work
Every engagement begins with an exploratory consultation — as brief as a 30-minute phone call or as thorough as a multi-hour deep dive into your needs. From there, we typically hold a series of in-person meetings to define scope and detail. Pricing is discussed as part of the needs assessment and can take the form of hourly time-and-materials contracts or fixed-price contracts for defined products such as the manager training modules.
